A non-surgical way of reshaping your nose through filler injections in your nose that provides natural, long-lasting results.
LIQUID RHINOPLASTY: A NON-SURGICAL ALTERNATIVE TO RHINOPLASTY SURGERY
A nonsurgical nose lift, or liquid rhinoplasty, is a great option for someone who wants to avoid the downtime of surgery and achieve a precise and customized outcome. This advanced technique takes just a few minutes with minimal side effects. Changes last months to years and can be customized to your unique preferences. If you’re considering minor facial surgery to improve your confidence and the contour of your face, this type of rhinoplasty (nose) procedure may be for you.
With a liquid nose job, dermal fillers are injected into your nose to alter its shape. With this technique, we can address minor asymmetries or irregularities without a complete surgical procedure.

NOSE JOB INJECTION FAQ
A nose job injection is generally considered safe and effective, and it comes with fewer potential complications than surgical solutions. Common side effects include redness, tenderness, bruising, swelling, and nausea. It’s important to entrust your nose job injection to skilled, experienced plastic surgeons like Dr. Salameh and Dr. Saba. A 2019 study found that less than 2% of liquid rhinoplasty patients experienced complications. You should speak to your plastic surgeon right away if you experience fever, blurred vision, worsening redness, or an allergic reaction.
A non-surgical nose lift is generally recommended to treat minor aesthetic issues with the nose. For instance, if you have a small dorsal hump, drooping nasal tip, or another minor issue that you’re looking to correct, a nose job injection is less invasive and more affordable than surgical rhinoplasty. The procedure may also be a good choice if you’re looking to make your nose more prominent, add more volume, or add a slight lift. If you’re hoping to significantly reshape the nostrils or the bridge of your nose, you might benefit more from a traditional rhinoplasty procedure.
A liquid rhinoplasty can be completed with no downtime. The procedure takes as little as 15 minutes, and many patients can return to work the same day. The procedure is so quick and non-invasive that it can be completed entirely without anesthesia.
In the rare event that you’re unhappy with the results of your liquid rhinoplasty, you may be able to reverse it—particularly if the injection is hyaluronic-acid (HA) based. HA is used for Juvéderm, Restylane, and other popular liquid rhinoplasty (nose) fillers. Your plastic surgeon can use a hyaluronidase injection to dissolve the HA and restore your nose to its original aesthetic.
When undergoing a non-surgical nose lift procedure, you generally won’t notice the effects immediately. The effects will become apparent within one to two weeks as the redness subsides. Fillers generally last between 6 months and 3 years, after which you can repeat the procedure to renew the results.
